Mi ex novia eligió la mañana de un seis de enero, día de Reyes, para romper conmigo. Un día después me quedé sin compi de piso, llegó Filomena y entré en Tinder (porque, puestas a tocar fondo, mejor hacerlo bien).
Con roscón o sin él, una ruptura nunca es plato de buen gusto. Que se lo digan a Tamara Falcó, que por no tener que superarlo terminó volviendo (amiga, ¿quién no ha sido Tamara alguna vez?). En mi caso, he de reconocer que fue un plato particularmente indigesto, pero también me di cuenta de que, en cierto modo, tenía su gracia (en cierto modo, todo tiene su gracia). Eso, y que solo al tocar fondo logras descifrar aquella máxima de Rajoy (cuanto peor, mejor para todos).

es el resultado de aquella mañana de enero y de todo lo que vino después. No puedo decir que fuera mejor (tampoco peor) pero es la mejor manera que he encontrado para sobrevivir a incontables fracasos amorosos y convertirme, si no en la heroína de esta historia, como dijo Nora Ephron, por lo menos en la protagonista de mi novela, como diría Romeo Santos.

, a breakup is never anyone’s cup of tea. Tell that to Tamara Falcó, who ended up going back so she wouldn’t have to cope with it (girlfriend, who hasn’t acted like Tamara at least once?) In my case, I must recognize it was a particularly indigestible cup of tea, but I also realized that, in a way, it had its charms (in a way, everything has its charms.) That, and the fact that only when you reach rock bottom you manage to decipher that key principle by Rajoy (the worse it is, the better it is for everyone.) I feel you, Mariano.
is the result of that January morning and everything that came after. I can’t say it was for the best (it wasn’t for the worst either), but it is the best way I have found to survive countless failed relationships and turn into, if not the heroin of this story, as Nora Ephron said, at least the protagonist of my own novel, as Romeo Santos would say.
