all's fair in love and poetry. and all we need is another book of all the lyrics from taylor swift, as if the 10,000 versions of each vinyl that we purchase don't come with the lyrics... so, instead of copying taylor's lyrics and forming those into poems, which i would totally do and totally enjoy doing, i took it upon me to instead write reactions to each song she wrote, in my own words. take what i'm hearing, what she's portraying, and what i'm thinking, and say it all in my own way, sometimes using lyrics or quotes, but twisted ot whatever i want to say. this poetry collection is the sixth one in my collection (and the sixth one i have written). i will admit, i have sprinkled some of these poems into my other poetry books, and every time i happen to happen upon them, it brings the biggest smile to my face. so, some of these, you may have read before if you've read my other poetry. (sorry not sorry). taylor has always been my favorite artist, and i enjoy her music so much, i am devoting a whole poetry book to her and her songs! i almost say this after every book i write, but this one has been the most fun (by far) for me to write. This specific book is the FIRST of the Taylor series I have written (and am writing). I chose The Tortured Poets Department as my first project, because 1) DUH, and 2) it's an album about poetry! It seemed so fitting! I am going to release them in the order I just feel like it. No rhyme or reason. I am saving reputation and Taylor Swift for when there are Taylor's version albums released of them. For the moment being, the next projects will be albums she already knows. I think I want to do 1989 or Midnights next, but I will see where the tide takes me! This specific version has special variant pages about TTPD's track THE BOLTER, and a specially designed cover (to make it fun)
