The last we saw Turtle Tom he had met many creatures in the woods and had made a very special friend, Milli the Butterfly. However, Turtle Tom was scooped up and hauled away in the back of a pick up truck, leaving his new friend behind. Turtle Tom was all alone again and had no idea where he was going. Turtle Tom soon realizes that the farm is very different from the woods. Not only are there different animals on a farm, but Turtle Tom also discovers a fascinating creature- A human boy named Marley.
