A short item watches parents in service of bratty kids at a birthday party, and another shows the potentially transformative influence of tomorrow's bionic penis. The book's tenth chapter then sobers up to give a detailed explanation of political correctness: its origin, mission, scope, and role as a driver of progressive sentiments. After an illustrative digression, the last chapter ties together all the earlier references by laying out a theory of gender relations as shaped by male limitations. This covers the overarching power of motherhood, the origins of patriarchy, the male compensatory imperative, the challenge of male self-definition, the role of the male cult, the inability of most males to function as women-without-wombs, and the reproductive threat posed by the demise of gender.
