Linda Peterson loved growing up in Geogia, where she had many friends and was quite popular. When her parents moved to West Virginia she considered staying in Georgia, but chose to give relocation a try. From day one she felt out of place. It was hard, so Linda adjusted to this new life by spending time with her mother, who had been her security blanket since she was born. Linda soon realized that eighteen was much too old to confide in a parent for friendship and company, so was ready to move back home after less than a year.
Then, Linda met Elizabeth... They both loved horseback riding and quickly became best friends. Yet, Linda's problems always seemed to be bigger than she bargained for. She tried to enjoy a simple lifestyle which was hard to maintain considering her celebratory parents. When Elizabeth died suddenly years later due to a senseless violent act, twenty-five-year-old Linda's problems became even greater, Intensifying to the point that her emotions spiraled out of control and drove her down a dark, destructive path.
Linda's boyfriend, Matt, did not understand her any longer and did little to comfort his girlfriend when she needed him most. This made Linda even more vulnerable to the dark forces trapped within, that were relentless in their desire to destroy her soul. She understood faith was the key to redemption, but it was not as easy as it seemed. Relying once more on her mother, Linda worked tirelessly to build faith... But would it be enough?
