It is another wet day, Frog is back, and he has lost his glasses. He is excited when Allis and Elsa invite him to his first tea party. Allis and Elsa set up the tea party in the carport out of the rain, and Frog makes sure the tea party doesn't get boring."I am going to the carport," [Allis] said. He turned immediately and leaped into the puddle again.
