A ninety story building appears in downtown Los Angeles with a statue of a dragon-headed man sitting in a chair on the roof. Nobody seems to question its sudden appearance except the Circle of Augustus. That is, until the statue steps off the roof and starts walking across L.A., crushing everything in its path.
