Michael Allen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Therapeutic Connections an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Howard County Maryland. Mr. Allen has a bachelor's degree from SUNY New Paltz College and a master's degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
