The discovery that the first 41 issues of Journey Into Mystery were actually in the public domain was a huge piece of news in Gwandanaland. Beginning in 1955 some of the top names in comics - particularly horror comics - contributed their talents to that series. This first Giant of WORLD'S WEIRDEST MYSTERIES includes names like Colan, Romita, Infantino, Robinson, Powell, Andru & Esposito, Fass, Maneely, Colletta and many others - some still famous, and others who don't deserve their obscurity. Unlike other modern reprints, these pages have not been digitally remastered; they have not been stripped of their authentic 1950s color palate and line detail, then recolored in a monotonous style. They are taken from actual comics, and while they sometimes show the age and wear of books over 60 years old, that imperfect authenticity is what makes them still classics!
THIS BOOK: Issues #1-4. 6-10, 13-17, 19-22!
