When the Chief Justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, was being vetted by Congress, she was asked the question, "Can you provide a definition for the word, "woman"?" She struggled to answer the question, and finally said, "I am not a Biologist". She was right! Gender assignment is a matter of biology and should be addressed scientifically.
