Frankie Collifax is happy with her life. A single elementary schoolteacher with no desire to have children of her own, her world is flipped upside down when her drug-addicted sister Beth can no longer care for her baby. Bringing India home to live with her is a hard adjustment for the new parent, but a trip to the emergency room changes everything.
